Transunion are *******!

We made contact with transunion in the hope of getting a credit record. I spoke to the first agent who asked 100 security questions, which i completely agree with because of the nature of the business. He first tried selling me the annual package of R373 which i declined and requested for the R80 - once off review. He did not confirm which email address (i gave him 5 because he insisted that the security question needed to be the same as to what was on his system.) and he confirmed the report was sent...still, no acknowledgment of which email address this was sent to.

I received nothing.

I called again and the female agent said that the review was sent to my wifes email address - that was active 5 years ago! I then advised that it was the incorrect email address and gave the correct email address. Its been 3 days - going on 4 days and the money was deducted from my account however i have received NOTHING to date.

I want what i paid for or i will be laying a complaint at the Credit Information Ombuds...this is theft!!!
