Transunion are not protecting people information

I put a query about an enquiry which I know nothing about and it was closed saying the service provider said its valid. I the owner say I did not apply for any credit. I did not sign for anything. I feel not protected even when I raise a concern that I don't know of these people and did not apply for any loan. The same ppl fevertree I called them and they said I should go and remove it myself at TU. U are not protecting us seriously but take whatever u get in put names. So any Tom **** and herry can come say I app**** and u just take that as is
