Transunion are just in it for there own benefit

It should be a black star or no star.. maybe a black moon. Can it really take more than six months to clear a record where proof was sent from a Company all debt was settled and instruction given to have this removed. My credit record also reflects that I am on debt review, no court ruling was made - I just enquired at the time and have the form17.w as proof and it was sent but it was never removed from my name.
