Transunion and your credit report!

I really dont understand why there is places like this if they can't even help people to get credit payments clear when they paid it in full. I paid all my accounts in full what I had,I have all the payup letters and I only have a Rage,Truworths and Miladys account but it still shows that im a poor payer,I pay all my accounts everymonth and still you dont update people's credit profiles.I went over my credit limit at one store,but I paid in for the things I want,and my credit available was still the same,but its on my itc report that I went over my credit.I paid for the rest! Can someone please help my in this regards.I phone a couple of times at the time someone answering you,your airtime is finished! I can't even buy myself a better car bc on my profile its stating that I'm not poor payer,but I pay my accounts every month!!
