Transunion and their technical fault

I been phoning Transunion from last week to get my username and password but not winning as no one is willing to assist. apparently the is a technical fault on their side as I only get the username and not the password. They sold me one of their product but I cant use it as I cant logon. Anyone willing to assist please call me email me my username and password.
