Transunion and non responsive online consultants

I've been trying numerous times to retrieve my credit report. I have tried to reset my username and ID but I don't even receive an email to assist. I opted to speak to an online consultant who doesn't even respond to my question . Transunion is making it impossible for me to check my credit status
