TransUnion - a credit bully!
Home loan consultants state that there is a credit issue which TransUnion listed.
Upon enquiring, they could not assist, stating my ID and proof of address is to be sent. This was done, only to get a reply it takes 20 WORKING days to action.
How can this be? I am applying for a bond but cannot challenge the bank if TransUnion does not give me access to my credit record?
