Transunion

I have a subscription with transunion and now when I log into my account it asks me for my fica docs. When I upload it it goes into error. I have called in numerous times but the consultants say they will escalate it but nothing gets done about it. My profile and credit life profile is in their hands and this is ******* to what transunion is doing..
