Transunion - 7 Months to update a credit profile!
Phoned them in Aug 2015 to correct my credit profile as there were still amounts reflecting in \arrears\" or outstanding balances on paid up accounts that were still not cleared.

I was asked to send paid up letters from my creditors - as I did... I waited for 6 months..as they said I must give them 14 working days to sort out the \"dispute\"...NO joy ... the amounts were still on my profile. With regards to this I was declined for a house I was interested in... I then logged a complaint with the NCR ombudsman - NO response - that was in Feb 2016 - We are in March now almost a month later, phoned Transunion again as they don't get back to their clients .. The one department keeps on redirecting me to the other department and the profile STILL shows in arrears, then they have the audacity to tell me I must pay R80 to get an \"updated\" credit score and profile as you only get 1 credit search free per year... after THEY stuffed up my credit profile which is a direct image of myself to creditors/suppliers/institutions who view my profile.

At my wits end... I am looking for like minded incidents to either go to court or media"
