Transunion

I have paid up my account in September 2022 but it is still showing as overdue on my credit report. Have disputed it many times and even called them to request removal from my credit report. I have sent proof of payment but according to them it must be a paid up letter, which I am struggling to get from the creditor. How can a proof of payment not be accepted? I am really not happy with Transunion.
