Hi, the most *********** bunch of people I have ever had to deal with from any company. I logged an issue in Dec 2021, to which i was advised was sorted. I've had to follow up 3 more times and my issue to date is STILL NOT SORTED OUT! I'm told the division that needs to fix my problem cannot be contacted by phone! Still had the cheek to ask me to rate their service...like really! I just can't anymore!

11 Oct 2022, 13:34Kindly note this issue has already been escalted on 3 previous occasions starting Dec 2021, this has affected my credibility with financial institutions, to the extent that I am unable to apply for a bond, this is unacceptable and unfair that Transunion have not honoured my previous requests!

18 Oct 2022, 14:41Good day, Transunion reached out last week n advised they required 24hrs to fix the problem on my credit score. It is 4days later and it is still not sorted. Will a visit to their head office in sandton make a difference? This is getting tiresome.
