my debt counselor sent my clearance certificate and all other details on the 7th July 2020. according to the NCA Section 71A(1) Upon settlement of the capital amount of a judgment debt, the source of the information must advise the bureaus. The bureaus are then required to update the consumer’s profile within SEVEN WORKING DAYS!!!!!!!!!!! please update my profile, when we owe its quick to blacklist us but when we need to be removed we get the run around. i want this sorted out immediately.
