These guys are just unhelpful, no reason why they are every credit provider's preferred choice when Experien does a much better job!!! Or maybe because they work together to ***** consumers over!!! what nonsense is it that I can't dispute a closed account whereas the information on my report is not updated by the credit provider. Then they tell me that I have to get proof that the account was updated. This is bull**** of the highest order.
