Transunion

My name has been cleared by the NCR. I have given them what they wanted on the 15 Febuary 2018. I phoned and was told i need a Ref: no, I got one on the 13 April. 52 calls and 7 Asculations and up till now nothing has been done. They messing up my life . Please help.
