Transuinion disgraceful

TransUnion has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their credit scoring system is wildly inaccurate — my score is 53 points lower than what the other top bureaus report. For over a year, I’ve fought to clean up and improve my report to secure a home loan, only to be blocked by outdated, incorrect data they refuse to fix.

Accounts written off two years ago still show negatively. Paid-up letters make no difference. I haven’t made a single new enquiry, yet my score won’t budge. Their WhatsApp agents are useless, phone support is a dead end, and their dispute process is a joke. It’s clear they do not care how their negligence destroys people’s financial futures.

This isn’t just incompetence — it’s reckless, damaging, and unacceptable.
