TRANSION NOT UPDATING MY DETAILS ON THEIR SYSTEM CORRECTLY SINCE 22 SEPTMEBER 2021

My debt counselor forwarded my clearance certificate and DHS on the 22 September 2021 to all relevant stakeholders and credit unions. I recently app**** for vehicle finance finding out that according to Transunion credit bureau i am still flagged as under debt review. I have sent numerous emails with the clearance certificate and DHS document and still i am fighting to get the status off under one of the accounts saying Under debt restructuring, the account shows closed it the amounts shows 0 but the flag is still showing on my name. If the credit bureau did their job correctly the first time with all the correct documentation forwarded to them i did not have to struggle today , i am really frustrated
