Trans useless

Absolutely useless - I call Transunion to sort out my blocked account - they ask me security questions of which I give them. Because I didn't give them 110% of the information but everything else is correct they refuse to open my account and further more wait for 5 days. I don't have 5 days to review my credit status - I want to view it now. I must now go and scan my ID and POR to send to them which is an absolute inconvenience as I work on the road most of the time. The one lady asked me to confirm the address from my previous report and I did but apparently according to their own report its also incorrect. So I start to question the validity of their same reports. The 3rd lady I spoke to hung up on me after I inquired whether a ***** sample was required because all info I gave was correct. I am very disgusted with such a reputable company...
