TRANS UNION...YOU ARE TOTALLY USELESS !!!!

here is the thing.....If you default on a loan or credit card etc....it takes a split second for that negativity to reflect on your ITC Credit report. BUT, if you have an account(running for over 16months) which has been paid timeously and without fail....and you try to get TransUnion to update your report....FORGET IT...they are totally useless. I have proof that Cell C has been trying to rectify their error (in not having put my account on TransUnion in the first place), and I have copies of the letters sent to TransUnion, 2 weeks ago, as well as the email sent to 4 different people (at TU), for action. I have made numerous follow up calls, spoken to staff that are not able to assist (its not their department) but can not connect you to the manager(he does not take calls) or the relevant department that can help????? I personally sent an email to the department that is supposed to rectify my problem (i got the email from Cell C and a TU staff member), but guess what.....NO REPLY, NO ACTION, NO NOTHING....I was told my case was escalated and it would take 48 hrs to be sorted and on my report....that was 4 days ago !!! Today I called AGAIN, and got the same runaround....TRANS UNION YOU SUCK !!!
