TRANS UNION'S and EXPERIAN'S SHAMELESS INCOMPETENCE

During 2016 a Debt Counseling company, Debt Works, put lots of pressure on me to complete forms to help me when I was in a tight spot. I did so but with the forms, I sent via email, I wrote and asked them to FIRST answer a couple of questions because the decision to accept debt counseling was no easy matter and not to be taken lightly. I asked them to not start any processes yet. This company, after receiving the forms, never bothered to contact me or answer my questions in any way. They continued and put me on debt counseling. I again wrote an email within 48 hours, demanding answers and I canceled any services immediately. I was ignored. Long story short: I got a court order against them and a couple of other companies which included Transunion and Experian. All of the companies immediately removed my name from any ITC listings but Transunion and Experian. This is despite a court order in my favor, ruling that these companies had to remove any "debt review" or "debt counseling" notes against my name. The court order was sent to Transunion numerous times but it was just ignored as well. During the last 2 years, I have tried numerous times again to get Transunion to clear my name as I was never on any debt review or debt counseling but they refuse despite their name stipulated on the court order to remove the notification. They keep on asking for a clearance certificate which does not exist because I was never on debt review and the Debt Works company does not have my name on their system at all. Seems I'm dealing with a bunch of *********** people at Transunion, who do not understand the court order. As you know, trying to get someone by telephone at Transunion is not possible. You get all kinds of voice recorders but no humans on the line. What can I do, except take them to court as well?
