Trans Union worst ever.

Trans Union is the worst ITC ever! I had 2 accounts from same service provider. Even though service provider did send bith paid up account on 20 Jan trans union only updated 1. Sais other account is not reflecting but IT IS THE ONLY ACCOUNT IN ARREARS! From 27 7 2020 I am strugling to get this updated. On 6 8 2020 Cheryl at TU informed me I must request service provider again for 0 balance accounts to be send to them. She did so. Then I had to wait 21 days. On 14 8 I paid R80.70 for report still not updated I phoned they said must phone on 25 8 this is now past 21 days still not updated. Was infirmed to wait another 48 hours. On friday 28 I phoned again and this morning I phoned again still not updated. Ooo but BE IN ARREARS THEY UPDATE IMMEDIATELY BUT TRY TO CLEAR YOUR NAME!! AL YOU HEAR FROM THEM WE STILL BUSY SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE!!! This account is 0 and reflects on no other bureaus only them.
