Trans-union won't update my credit information but added an account i have no knowledge of.

I have been requesting for my credit information to be updated for the passed 4 month with no luck. the problem with this company is the people lie all the time telling you they will update your report and it should be sorted in a few day but that never happens. now I have a record added on my credit information which shouldn't even be there. I have also finished paying 2 of my account a long time ago but they are still reflecting on my record.

I don't understand what kind of a company is this that doesn't care about their customers and to think I have been with them since 2013.

Very disappointed and would rather deal with a different credit company from now on.
