its been almost 2 years trying to reset my username and password

i finally got the credentials that was requested and received feedback today

after trying to log in i have the same issue......................................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and getting a response via email is next to impossible really pathetic service .........!!!!!!!!!!!
