Trans union service is disgusting

My credit score dropped drastically after internal measuring criteria changed at transunion and it has remained low ever since however I have no bad debt which I don’t understand, transunion is not interested in helping by investigating why my score has dropped so low, I then went to the credit ombudsman who has not even rep**** or assisted me since July , service in this country is disgusting , who do you approach for help
