Trans-union poor service

Purchased my credit report 7 days ago, then followed up with a call on Monday, I was told to check the following day and the credit report was still not available. Also followed up with a call again today and I was put through 4 different agents whom all did not assist. Their service is poor and frustrating.....7 days later still have not received my credit report
