TRANS-UNION DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CLIENTS

Trans Union, your services and the way you handle your business is disgusting. Your employees have zero regard or respect for any of their clients. I have been told time and time again that my dispute has been resolved and they have handled the error on my credit report. I have been in intense communication with various people from Trans union about this issue and still has not been resolved. After being told multiple times that the issue was resolved. I still have vehicle asset finances showing up that have been paid up for more than a year. All relevant information has been shared with them to clear this but yet they still continue to not do their jobs. And I still have wrong information on my credit report and as I have said, I have been **** to multiple times by employees at Trans-union who have told me the dispute has been handled and resolved. Terrible company, terrible staff. Don’t ever expect them to help you fix anything on your credit report because they simply DO NOT CARE.
