Trans Non Existence

Has anyone actually got through to you? This number... ***is it somewhere on a different planet? Because I called it four times this morning: first pressing option 1 then 3 to hold to speak to an agent. And then it skips the part where someone should actually answer the call and goes right to me having to review the call I just had with the non existent agent. I just want you to help me get in to my account as you have locked it. You suggest I must call you. I did. Four times. You can call me now. Such a waste of time and very unprofessional Trans Union. I have emailed Precious and Lee-Ann, and I am still waiting for them to call. Do not advertise a free credit report if you have non existent customer service and no one manning your call centre.
