Totally unprofessional

Hi Im really destraught to the service i got or infact lack of ,ive been trying to update my profile after numerous attempts with email i therefore called on the only day i could since i dnt hv an access to calls at work, i spoke to the lady by de name of ‘Kentse Faida’ who asked for my reference ,the next thing she told me was dat shes offline nd she couldnt assist me nor call me bck,is it ryt to b treated that way not neccessarilly the lady but transunion as an org.
