This company needs a serious fine for letting go of personal information

You have allowed my data to be leaked, and offered what you believe to be simple services to monitor the account. After receiving various emails of 'someone' enquiring on my account I was unsuccessful in seeing who it was because your OTP services was not working and after using the one I received on email ,my account was locked. Now u asking for a selfie, proof of residence and blood. Your services deteriorated after now panicking and revising security protocols which is enforced on us poor sods trying to safeguard the little information we have left!! So No I will not send you more personal information which you will not safeguard and then share without my permission.
