They don't want to help remove a paid up judgement.

<p>I paid my debt in 2016 August and the plaintif sent the paid up letter in 2016 and March 2017. </p> <p>When I call to dispute I am always told that the system is not working. I want to buy property right now and this is blocking me..</p>
