The worst customer service I've experienced

Terrible user experience for a paid service. I tried to follow up on a dispute and get more information and the agents were terrible. All of them. Especially Bandile and Themba. The two worst customer service agents I've ever come across in this country, and that's saying a lot. I paid R500 for a service I'm getting R0 worth of value from. In fact less because of the time and money I've spent following up with everyone. Terrible customer service. The worst I've ever come across. Whatever you do, don't subscribe. Rather use their free services. Will probably still be bad, but at least you won't be out of pocket.
