The Transunion Merry Go Round

I should not even give it one star - it should be minus 10!!!! I am trying to reset my password, but they just keep you in a loop. And when you get to the online chat the agent to not respond. The one time they did they just redirected me back into the loop. This is a perfect example of technology gone totally wrong!!!!!!!!!
