the most terrible service

i went under debt review last year and i made my last payment in November the consultant firstly promised me that i would not be debited again as i had paid all my creditors then on 25 December i get debited again and all my debit order bounce she even went as far as confirming in writing that i would not be debited but still??<br> <br> she then advised me that she had sent a request to the credit bereu to clear my and lift the debt review an sent me a clearance certificate<br> <br> i then tried to apply for a home and now im being told that im still under debt review this already 30 days later<br> <br> i have been struggling with these people for 8 months they never deliver on their promises and they just take my dam money i have paid all my debts but still i have a bad credit record after they promised it would go away<br> <br> such pathetic service i have never witnessed in my life!!!!
