Thando The corps

<p>iv just had the WORST Customer service experience ever with the Rudest lady ever Minde you she sounds like a corps </p> <p>I called Transunion to ask why R40 was being deducted from my account every month as I was not aware of why it was happening </p> <p> </p> <p>the he delighful Thando that should like she was raised from the dead gave me answers that I was not able to understand at all and was extremely rude in doing so ...and when I asked questions instead of giving answers she asked more questions and stupid questions to make it worse </p> <p> </p> <p>then puts me in hold for the longest for time to tell me that there is No manager available and I was to call back in 15 minutes , then turns around and says there are many people to help but only one to help Me again I was not understanding that at all </p> <p> </p> <p>I warned her in the beginning of the conversation I was already frustrated but seems as if Thando's job is to frustrate and irritate clients on top of giving a filthy attitude topped of with a lack of customer Service and NO answers </p> <p> </p> <p>highly ****ed off and disappointed with what happened today. I've never had issues with Transunion and now this </p>
