Terrible Terrible SERVICE. The Worst kind!!!

<p>Such incompetence i have NEVER experienced, its disrespect actually. I have been waiting for an updated credit report for over two months and all i get every time is some sort of escalation that is somehow never resolved. I have been patient and gave time but to this day nothing. I called in this morning, Buhle put me on hold for about 5 minutes to get the supervisor who said he would call me back( the consultants, no use as much as their supervisors, spoke to two already and both proved how *********** they are, the consultants actually shouldn't consult them at all.)... and again i am still waiting. This is incompetence on another level, oh and how quick they are to list someone but when it is time to remove them they take their precious time. Totally unacceptable!!!!</p>
