Terrible terrible service

Not that this company is going to act/respond on the review. And how the NCR is still keeping them in business is ridiculous, you just need to read all reviews on Transunion to understand that the service is shocking. To update my profile even if they had all the information AND feedback from the various providers after 5 days I am told I need to wait 20 working days?? Why?? All information is with you?? Just because you don't want to work you will wait till day 20???
