TERRIBLE SERVICE! NO RESPONSE

Its easy to understand that an organisation is busy. But if your turn around time is 20 days, why is one still waiting on feedback nearly a month and a half later to hear about a dispute that supposed have been resolved already by now. This is just ridiculous. And all customer call agents can say is "wait for a sms", till when???

I have reference numbers for days already with all my communication attempts!
