Terrible service; issues still not resolved; constant lies

Terrible service, I was told multiple different stories just to get rid of my call.

I have submitted my documents more than 4 times already, when you attempt to contact their call centre, you are sent on a loop of automated responses and you sit on hold for 1 hour then the call is dropped.

Really not sure how to get a resolution because you cant speak to anyone!!!!
