Terrible service fromTransunion

Transunion have the most irritable customer service there is. By calling them you get multiple choices and can never speak to an agent. It has blocked me 4 times telling me i have put in an incorrect password. Have any of their directors tried to make a call to their help centre? Their whatsapp service is shocking and is defintely noy user friendly.I have a good time to tell them to remove me from their system.
