Terrible service

Terrible service called 7 times for my credit report and to update my new phone number and email. The consultants keep saying the matter will be escalated but they never return the call..when called again they either end call or say the same thing . Extremely frustrating to deal with them..just for a credit report and to get details updated its ridiculous.
