Terrible online service

I bought my credit report and score, and still my report has not been refreshed. I called the call centre to send it, they insist on verifying me using an address that was incorrectly captured line by line. Why "sell" the report and make it so difficult to retrieve an updated version of the report. Their contact centre number keeps disconnecting. Transunion needs to see what ClearScore is doing, they are far ahead of the curve. Reports are refreshed on a monthly basis.
