Terrible! just Terrible

Disappoint and disgruntled. I paid up all my accounts, received my clearance certificate, however, my accounts that are settled are still reflecting on my Credit report and negatively affecting my credit report. Advise as to why this is? I paid up my accounts in January last year, tried emailing you guys without any luck!
