Terrible company, slow to actually do their job

I was in debt review for 4 years. Paid everything off successfully end of August. But guess what......Transunion still has not cleared the flag. They have the clearance certificate and paid of letters of all creditors, and in 6 weeks, nothing. Experian has removed the flag, but not transunion. I'm trying to get bond approval , but guess what, Transunion is causing everyone to decline cause the flag is still sitting there. Maybe lawyers should get involved , since you are incapable of doing your work
