terrible

<p>Terrible and pathetic service. I had an account paid up and closed in March 2016. Needless to say in November I found out that my credit report stated that the account is "in arrears". I send transunion a copy of the paid up letter. Then they said that they got 20 days to investigate. I waited, after 25 working days they confirmed that their investigation had been completed and I was correct, however I know need to wait another 2 or more weeks for them to update their system and issue and updated credit report???? ***</p>
