Tedious password reset process that doesnt even work

I dont know what you have done to my account. No matter how much I reset my account, I cant log in. After resetting the password and trying to login, I'm taken to the reset password screen again, over and over. This is SO FRUSTRATING after I have called and held the call for so long to reset with the agent, and still nothing is working.

No mahn. Find another way.... you take so long to pick up calls as well.
