Taking to long

These people are useless they are taking long to remove my name from debt review I have already remove my name from debt review by other credit bureau but transunion is taking Long saying that I have wait the full 21 days where other credit bureaus Have already cleared my name I don’t know what is taking them so long it’s like they don’t want to clear my name and keep me Credit disabled very bad service from them
