STUPID USELESS SYSTEMS THAT LEADED TO INCORRECT INFORMATION ON MY CREDIT REPORT

Lodged a dispute with Transunion in July to have a Default on my name removed, on the 24th July, I received confirmation from Mduduzi Ntsele saying

"

From: DisputeInfo **********
Sent: 24 July 2017 01:42 PM
To: ********** /> Subject: Fwd: [Ticket# ********** ********** 12] Paid Up confirmation for Mr Nyambi

Good day
The default listing has been removed
Consumer number:
Regards

Your TransUnion Operations Team

Mduduzi Ntsele

--

TransUnion Operations

TransUnion Africa
http:www://transunion.co.za
--
the same date i called to confirm over the line and it was said so. Today I purchased a report from them online and to my surprise the default is still on my report, immediately called them and spoke to Olive who advised that the default is indeed on my name and their system re-instated it back. this is total nonsense as it is affecting my crdit scoring drastically and as a person whpo is working hard to fix my credit i find it very difficult to understand such nonsense.

I am being told to wait than 48 working hours for this to be fixed, including the weekend it means i have to wait atleast 5days.. i call it the devil's wait.

please fix this immediately as your system re-instated it in less than 10days after it was removed.

TT Nyambi

**********
