Still Under debt review according to Creditors??

Good day I was currently under debt review since 2015, I received my clearance certificate from debt busters last year October, I am still unable to apply for finance as most creditors still state that my profile shows that I am still under debt review? This is very frustrating and costing me a lot of money to get this resolved. Can I please get some assistance soonest.
