Still have not removed the debt review flag.

Over a week ago i sent a complaint for them to remove the debt review flag because I have been removed of Debt review and they are the only company keeping the flag. They checked did investigations and said they've confirmed and will removed the flag. They have still not done this. This is affecting my life. How can this company request payment for subscriptions when they do nothing but make peoples lives difficult. I will log a formal complaint.
