Still awaiting my refund

After a long and arduous battle with Transunion - who had taken money out of my account without my permission - they've responded, via Simone, that they will refund my R280 by the 11th of May 2015. This did not happen and I spoke to Simone, who told me the money will be refunded by the 24th of May 2015. When this did not happen I tried to contact her again. She refuses to respond to my emails whatsoever. <br> Please be very careful in dealing with Transunion - they will take money out of your bank account without your prior consent, which I am sure is a ******** offence. This is now the third month that I am trying to get my money back from them, and the only alternative for me now is to make a ******** case against them, because what they have done is clearly theft, as I have not given them permission to take money out of my bank account at all
