Still Awaiting Feedback!!!

I logged a dispute with Transunion on a ********** account on the 3rd of July and submitted all the necessary documents. Till this day i have not got any feedback from Transunion. It is way passed the 20 business days that they require to resolve the matter. this is really frustrating as Transunion does not show any urgency to resolve my dispute!!!
